Yes. Under the current provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), NRIs and OCIs are permitted to purchase residential and commercial properties in India (excluding agricultural land, plantation property, and farmhouses). As The Titan Towers is a premium residential development in Undri, eligible NRIs can purchase apartments without prior approval from the Reserve Bank of India, provided the transaction complies with FEMA regulations.

Payments for homes at The Titan Towers must be made through normal banking channels in India. NRIs can pay using inward remittances from overseas or through their NRE, NRO, or FCNR(B) accounts. Payments cannot be made using foreign currency notes or traveller's cheques. Our sales and banking partners assist buyers with documentation, payment scheduling, and home loan coordination throughout the process.

Yes. NRIs can complete almost the entire purchase process remotely. From virtual project presentations and digital document sharing to online payment coordination, every step can be managed efficiently. If you are unable to visit India, you may also authorise a trusted representative through a legally executed Power of Attorney (PoA) to sign documents and complete registration on your behalf, subject to applicable legal requirements. This allows you to invest in The Titan Towers with convenience while staying overseas.
