NRI FAQs

Yes, NRIs (Non-Resident Indians) and PIOs (Persons of Indian Origin) can legally invest in both residential and commercial properties developed by VBC Group, as per the guidelines set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

You will need the following documents:

Valid passport and visa

PAN card

Overseas address proof

Latest salary slips or income proof

Power of Attorney (if you’re authorizing someone in India to act on your behalf)
